Cornerstone Custom Builds was founded in 2023 by Nick and Beth Donelson, a husband-and-wife team based in Minnesota. Nick started working in construction at 14 years old and has since mastered nearly every trade that goes into building a custom home from the ground up.
After decades of experience across the Twin Cities area, we knew it was time to build something of our own, rooted in faith, family, and the belief that home is where life’s best moments happen.
Our family is our greatest priority, and that same care goes into every custom home we build in Elk River, Otsego, Big Lake, and beyond.
